Atman is Brahman = I AM

All scriptures convey the same: that “I AM God” and the infinite consciousness and I are one.

In the Hindu scriptures it is said that “Atman is Brahman” (from the Upanishads - spiritual texts that are a part of the Vedas)

Atman: Self/Soul (I)

Brahman: Universal Soul/Consciousness/Ultimate Reality/Source

So “Atman is Brahman” means “I AM Consciousness/God/Source”.

Salvation:
“Union of the individual soul with the Universal Soul/Consciousness/Source/God” (considered to occur when one ceases to exist in one’s body).

After learning Neville, I understand that when I go within, imagine and ignore the external reality we unite with infinite consciousness/source and not necessarily only after I transition from this body.

Moksha (Nirvana/when the Promise is fulfilled): is liberation from maya (illusion/shadow world) and the experience of the Brahman (consciousness).

Neville believed he won’t be born in the 3D world again as the promised had been fulfilled.

Aakir kaar “Sab Moh Maya hai” means “every thing is an illusion”.

Mockery in the name of the almighty

This is not about an agnostic like me questioning the existence of God (truth, reality in other words) but I can't help but ask - Is God numerous in number? Is God male or female? Does God believe in 'divide and rule'? Who created the various religions, castes, etc? Has anyone seen or felt God?


The very division of God into religions and cases like the Babri Masjid at Ayodhya only helps further lose sanctity of the divine. Sad to know that man can stoop to such levels just for political advantage. Is this not mere mockery of the supreme at the cost of life's of the general public?


Where are we heading? God help mankind!

God, Creation and Evolution?

Ever thought of this? It's rather interesting, the difference between creation and evolution and how the two are inter-related? If god created(completed to a full point) then how is the world continu
-ing to evolve(an ongoing process)?That brings us to the question, of the existence of god!

A friend of mine(an ardent Osho fan) came up with this other interesting theory about god's existence(if the creator and the creation are two separate entities then who created the space where the creator was while creating the creation?) , that I will leave for him to explain in his comment(hopefully he does). Hope I got that theory right.

Osho says God is a consolation, fiction invented by man.

All of this sounds true but this man created consolation, illusion(GOD) stands to be the cause of fear and respect amongst millions.

May be I am a follower of agnosticism, an agnostic.
